If you text us first with a question, we will reply to that conversation only. We will not send you other messages, such as marketing, unless you opt in.
Consent is not a condition of purchase. You do not have to agree to receive text messages to buy any 008 Media service. Marketing texts require separate consent from service and customer-care texts.
After you opt in, you will receive a confirmation message that identifies 008 Media and repeats the frequency, rates, STOP, and HELP information.

5. How to Opt Out (STOP)
You can cancel at any time. Reply STOP to any message from us. We also honor END, CANCEL, UNSUBSCRIBE, QUIT, STOPALL, REVOKE, and OPTOUT, and any other reasonable request to stop, including a request by email. After you opt out, we will send one final message confirming that you have been unsubscribed, and you will receive no further texts unless you opt in again. To opt back in, reply START or UNSTOP.

7. Carriers
The program is available on major U.S. wireless carriers. Not all carriers or devices are supported, and carrier support may change. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery depends on your wireless carrier and network availability.
8. Privacy and No Sharing of Mobile Information
We use your mobile number and opt-in information only to run our text-message program and to send the types of messages you agreed to receive.
Mobile phone numbers and SMS opt-in consent are never sold, rented, or shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text-messaging originator opt-in data and consent are excluded from every category of information sharing described in our Privacy Policy; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

9. Age and Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to opt in. By opting in, you confirm that you are the account holder for the mobile number provided or have the account holder’s permission to enroll it. If you change or give up your mobile number, reply STOP from that number or tell us so we can remove it.

We may update this SMS Policy from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new effective date. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP.
